Refund Policy:

Membership Cancellations: Memberships can be cancelled at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the current month. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Donations: Contributions and donations are non-refundable once made. We do not offer refunds for any donated amounts.
Payment Declines: If a payment is declined, we will attempt to collect the funds that were charged off. However, we will not seek continued payment for any rejected donation attempts.
Subscription Services: Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be given for any portion of the service once billed. If the subscription is not cancelled, we will attempt to collect payment from the card on file for up to 10 days after the due date. There are no penalties for declined payments during this period.
