Some companies are built to make money. Some are built to make a difference. We are building both — because through profits we will achieve the greatest social impact.

Structuralintel.org was born from a simple but radical idea: what if a company actually meant what it promised? Not in a policy PDF buried in a footer. Not in terms and conditions written to protect the company instead of the customer. But in the code itself — built in, enforced automatically, non-negotiable.

That idea became our architecture. Privacy isn't a feature we added. It is the foundation we built on.

What We Are Building

We are developing a new system of handling data that does two things the industry has never done together: protect privacy and reduce data at the same time. The intellectual property is ours. The patents are in process. The mission is real.

We are also building Private AI — personal, PII-free, and available for home or business use. AI that doesn't harvest you. AI that doesn't surveil you. AI you actually own. You buy it, you own it. Full stop.

This isn't a promise. It is an architecture.

Kodak captured the world's memories. Xerox taught the world to share information. Rochester has always been a city that builds things that matter — and we are not done yet.

Structuralintel.org is proud to be part of Rochester's next chapter. We believe this city has the talent, the grit, and the history to lead the world into a future where your data belongs to you — not to the platforms, not to the algorithms, not to anyone who didn't earn it.

We are not waiting for Silicon Valley's permission.

Where We Are Now

We are a small (for now) S Corp transitioning toward Public Benefit status. We are early, we are growing, and we are looking for people who believe what we believe — that privacy is not a luxury, and that the next great technology company doesn't have to be built at your expense.
