  1. Provision of the Service – create/manage accounts, store CRM entries, run estimations, and enable AI assistance (advisory only).

  2. Security & Fraud Prevention – detect suspicious log‑ins, block abusive traffic, and protect against unauthorized access.

  3. Anonymous Analytics – aggregate usage metrics (e.g., “X % of users run > 10 estimates per week”) without linking to any individual. This helps us improve UI/UX and prioritize feature development.

  4. Marketing & Communications (Opt‑In Only) –

    • Product updates, feature announcements, onboarding guides, and promotional offers.

    • Periodic, anonymous surveys to gauge satisfaction and gather improvement ideas.

  6. AI Processing – brief text fragments are sent to third‑party AI providers solely for generating the requested assistance. Providers are contractually prohibited from retaining or training on your data.

  7. Third-Party Service Providers. We use established third-party platforms to operate and support the Service. These include Wix (website hosting, forms, checkout, and automation), Brevo (email communications, CRM, and marketing automation), and Consentrix (cookie consent and preference management). These providers process data solely on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

We never sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information or any business data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

Effective Date:  1/5/2026

1. Our Commitment

StructuralIntel.org Inc. is committed to providing an inclusive digital experience for all visitors, including people with disabilities. We strive to make our website and the ProfitZapp widget accessible, usable, and compliant with recognized accessibility standards.

2. Standards We Follow

Widget AccessibilityThe ProfitZapp widget follows the same WCAG 2.1 AA criteria: focus order, ARIA labels, and keyboard operability.

Audio/VideoWhere multimedia is used, captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions are provided.

Fair Use & Computational Limits" Clause

> "1. Computational Fair Use: To maintain platform integrity and optimal processing speeds, all ZappPacks are subject to a Fair Use Computational Limit of 800,000 persistent tokens. This threshold is designed to exceed the requirements of standard professional use-cases.

> 2. Abuse Prevention: ProfitZapp reserves the right to monitor for 'Non-Human' behavioral patterns. Any account utilizing automated scripts, bots, or 'brute-force' API queries that exceed the Fair Use threshold may be subject to immediate throttling or temporary suspension to protect the Stateless Infrastructure from unauthorized load.

> 3. Overage & Reset: Upon reaching 90% of the Fair Use threshold, users will receive an automated notification. Computational limits reset with the purchase or renewal of a ZappPack, ensuring that 'Hard-Headed' professional utility is never permanently interrupted."

4. Ongoing Monitoring & Improvements

  • Automated testing (axe, Lighthouse) is run on every major release.

  • Manual audits are performed quarterly by an internal accessibility champion.

  • User feedback is continuously collected via the “Report an Issue” form (see §â€¯6).

5. Known Limitations

While we aim for full compliance, some third‑party content (e.g., embedded PDFs, external videos) may fall outside our direct control. We will work with those providers to improve accessibility when notified.

6. How to Report Accessibility Issues

If you encounter any barrier that prevents you from accessing content or using the ProfitZapp widget, please let us know. We will respond within 5 business days and work toward a resolution.
