Privacy Policy 1 For the Parent company STRUCTURALINTEL.ORG  INC. – PRIVACY & DATA‑USE POLICY - Using the Wix Platform - A Second Privacy Policy - Policy 2 is Included for the ProfitZapp which is A Privacy by Design platform

Last Updated: 1/21/2026
Issued by: StructuralIntel.org Inc.

Section 1. Scope

"This Policy governs the structural and legal boundaries of the Structuralintel environment. Visitors to www.structuralintel.org interact with a marketing platform hosted by Wix, which is used solely to demonstrate and market the features of our application.

  • Marketing vs. Application: The website is a public-facing storefront; it is not the application itself.

  • Active Consent Management: We utilize Consentrix on our marketing site to ensure visitors have maximum control over their data. This tool allows users to opt out of non-essential tracking immediately upon arrival, aligning our public presence with our internal privacy standards.

  • The Hoberman Mandate: Once a user enters the ProfitZapp platform, all data handling is governed by the Hoberman Mandate, ensuring PII is stripped and never stored 'at rest' on our proprietary infrastructure.

  • Wix Hosting: General site visitors are subject to Wix’s standard hosting protocols, as we do not host marketing data on our proprietary secure pipes."

Policy 1: Marketing & Corporate Website

Entity: StructuralIntel.org Inc.

Scope: www.structuralintel.org (The Marketing Storefront)

Tools: Wix (Hosting), Brevo (Email/CRM/SMS), Consentrix (Consent Management).

Policy 1: Marketing & Corporate Data-Use Policy

Parent Company: StructuralIntel.org Inc.

Scope: www.structuralintel.org (The Marketing Storefront)

Last Updated: 1/21/2026

1. Architectural Firewall & Scope

This Policy governs the marketing environment of StructuralIntel.org Inc. This website is a public-facing storefront hosted by Wix; it is not the ProfitZapp application.

  • Data Siloing: No customer business data (estimates, measurements, or crew locations) ever touches the Wix server.

  • Active Consent: We utilize Consentrix to allow visitors to opt-out of non-essential tracking immediately upon arrival.

2. Information Collection & Purpose

We collect information only when voluntarily provided (e.g., signing up for a demo or purchasing a plan):

  • Contact Data: Name, email, and phone number for marketing and onboarding.

  • Marketing Analytics: We use Brevo to track email/SMS engagement (open rates, link clicks) to improve our outreach.

  • The Conversion Purge: To uphold our "Privacy by Design" standard, your contact information is automatically purged from our Brevo CRM and Wix contact lists upon successful purchase of a ProfitZapp subscription. We do not maintain long-term marketing relationships with converted users unless they re-opt in.

3. Payments & Billing (Stripe)

  • PII Separation: All transactions are handled via Stripe. Your full credit card data resides in Stripe’s PCI-compliant environment.

  • Data Minimalist Checkout: Wix facilitates the initial sale, but we treat the resulting record as ephemeral. We perform a rolling 7-day purge of the Wix CRM to ensure identity data does not reside on the marketing platform.

4. SMS & Communications

By providing your number, you consent to transactional follow-ups and marketing via Brevo. Text "STOP" to unsubscribe. We never sell phone numbers to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Data TypeRetention Period

Marketing LeadsUntil conversion to user, or request for deletion.

Wix CRM RecordsEphemeral (Purged within 7 days of transaction).

Stripe RecordsAs required by law (typically 7 years for tax compliance).

Policy 2: The ProfitZapp "Privacy by Design" Platform

Platform: ProfitZapp Application

Infrastructure: Standalone Private Pipe

Standard: The Hoberman Mandate (Stateless Architecture)

1. Standalone Pipe Guarantee

ProfitZapp is built on a Standalone Pipe Infrastructure that is physically and logically decoupled from "Cloud" marketing environments.

  • Zero Cloud Connectivity: Your business intelligence never touches a third-party cloud database.

  • The Air-Gap: Once you enter the platform, the "link" to your marketing identity is broken. We verify access via anonymized Customer Numbers, not plain-text PII.

2. The "No-Storage" Guarantee (Hoberman Mandate)

StructuralIntel.org Inc. DOES NOT store the following "at rest" on our infrastructure:

  • Business Intelligence: Your customer lists, labor rates, equipment costs, and pricing strategies stay in your Local Custody (on your device/browser).

  • Raw Imagery: High-resolution geospatial imagery used for AI measurement is processed in-memory and discarded within 60ms.

  • Plain-Text Identities: We use anonymized hashes for authentication. We cannot restore lost records because we do not possess them.

3. Information We Retain (Metadata Only)

To manage subscriptions, we retain only "Transaction Metadata":

  • ZappPack Tokens: Essential metadata (timestamps and usage counts) required to verify ZappBlock consumption.

  • Local Data Links: Reference pointers that allow your local device to find your records. These pointers contain no project data.

4. AI Processing & "Lymphatic Stripping"

AI interactions (via Oak) utilize "Lymphatic Stripping." Text fragments are cleaned of PII, processed for real-time advisory suggestions, and wiped from memory immediately. We do not train AI on your business data.

5. User Responsibilities (Local Security)

Because sensitive data is stored locally, users are responsible for securing their own hardware and maintaining backups. ProfitZapp’s security (AES-256) applies to data in transit; data at rest is in the user's physical control.

6. Your Rights & Contact

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase the minimal personal data we hold.

What we DO NOT store (The "Hoberman" Guarantee):

  • Plain-Text Identities: We do not store your name or unhashed email address.

  • Raw Financial Data: We never see or store your full credit card numbers or banking details.

  • Business Intelligence: We do not store your customer lists, labor rates, equipment costs, or supplier data.

  • Local Custody: All estimates and project data remain exclusively on your device.

  • Raw Imagery: Any high-resolution aerial imagery used for measurement is processed in-memory and discarded within 60ms.

Architect’s Note: Because we do not possess your business data, StructuralIntel Inc. cannot restore lost records or look up your account without your unique Customer Number.

What we DO NOT store:

  • Full credit‑card numbers or banking details.

  • Raw estimates, line‑item costs, labor/equipment rates, or any business‑financial data supplied by you.

  • Customer & Client Data: We do not store your customer lists, contact details, or project-specific data on our servers. All such data remains in your local custody on your device.

  • Business Intelligence: Raw estimates, line-item costs, labor/equipment rates, or any business-financial data supplied by you are not stored by us.

  • Local Storage: All estimates, pricing, and business intelligence are stored locally on your device or browser. StructuralIntel Inc. does not have access to, and cannot restore, this data.

  • Raw Geospatial Imagery: Any high-resolution aerial or satellite imagery used for AI measurement is processed in-memory and discarded immediately per our Zero-Retention policy.

  • Customer & Client Data: We do not store your customer lists, contact details, or project-specific data on our servers. All such data remains in your local custody on your device.

  • Local Storage: All estimates, pricing, and business intelligence are stored locally on your device or browser. StructuralIntel Inc. does not have access to, and cannot restore, this data.

All business-related data you enter is ephemeral: high-resolution imagery is discarded immediately after processing, while your estimates and pricing records are stored exclusively in your local custody on your device. StructuralIntel Inc. does not retain copies of your business intelligence on its servers and therefore cannot restore data if it is lost from your local device

3. How We Use Your Information

  1. Provision of the Service – create/manage accounts, store CRM entries, run estimations, and enable AI assistance (advisory only).

  2. Security & Fraud Prevention – detect suspicious log‑ins, block abusive traffic, and protect against unauthorized access.

  3. Anonymous Analytics – aggregate usage metrics (e.g., “X % of users run > 10 estimates per week”) without linking to any individual. This helps us improve UI/UX and prioritize feature development.

  4. Marketing & Communications (Opt‑In Only) –

    • Product updates, feature announcements, onboarding guides, and promotional offers.

    • Periodic, anonymous surveys to gauge satisfaction and gather improvement ideas.

    • All marketing emails contain a clear unsubscribe link; opting out stops all promotional mail but does not affect essential system or security notifications.

  5. Billing via Stripe – we forward only the minimal tokenized data required for Stripe to charge your subscription; we never see the underlying card number.

  6. AI Processing – brief text fragments are sent to third‑party AI providers solely for generating the requested assistance. Providers are contractually prohibited from retaining or training on your data.

  7. Third-Party Service Providers. We use established third-party platforms to operate and support the Service. These include Wix (website hosting, forms, checkout, and automation), Brevo (email communications, CRM, and marketing automation), and Consentrix (cookie consent and preference management). These providers process data solely on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

We never sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information or any business data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

4. Legal Bases & Consent

  • Contractual necessity – account creation and service delivery.

  • Legitimate interests – security, fraud prevention, and anonymous analytics.

  • Explicit consent – marketing communications and surveys (you must actively opt‑in by checking a box or toggling a setting).

If you withdraw consent, we will immediately cease all marketing emails and remove any survey data linked to you.

5. Data Security

  • Encryption at rest (AES‑256) and TLS 1.3 in transit.

  • User-End Security: Because sensitive data is stored locally, users are responsible for securing their own devices and maintaining their own backups. ProfitZapp's security controls (AES-256) apply to the transmission and processing of data, not the local storage on the user's hardware."

  • Password hashing with bcrypt (cost factor ≥ 12).

  • Role‑based access controls limit employee visibility to only what is needed for support.

  • Regular security audits and vulnerability scanning (external pen‑tests annually).

  • Incident response plan – any confirmed breach will be disclosed to affected users within 72 hours, per applicable law.

While we employ industry‑standard safeguards, no system is 100 % immune; we commit to acting promptly and transparently if a risk arises.

6. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we host services. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (or equivalent mechanisms) to ensure an adequate level of protection for cross‑border transfers.

7. Your Rights (Where Applicable)

Depending on your residence, you may have the following rights:

  • Access – request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Rectification – correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Erasure – request deletion (subject to legal retention limits).

  • Restriction – limit processing of your data.

  • Portability – receive your data in a commonly used electronic format.

  • Object – object to processing for marketing or profiling.

All requests should be sent to support@structuralintel.org; we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adults (≥ 18 years) and business entities. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.

10. Marketing Communications & Survey Policy

  1. Opt‑In Required – You must actively check a box or toggle a setting to receive any promotional email, newsletter, or product announcement. Email permissions, unsubscribe requests, and suppression lists are automatically managed through our email service provider (Brevo) to ensure prompt compliance with opt-out requests.

Fair Use & Computational Limits" Clause

> "1. Computational Fair Use: To maintain platform integrity and optimal processing speeds, all ZapPacks are subject to a Fair Use Computational Limit of 800,000 persistent tokens. This threshold is designed to exceed the requirements of standard professional use-cases.

> 2. Abuse Prevention: ProfitZap reserves the right to monitor for 'Non-Human' behavioral patterns. Any account utilizing automated scripts, bots, or 'brute-force' API queries that exceed the Fair Use threshold may be subject to immediate throttling or temporary suspension to protect the Stateless Infrastructure from unauthorized load.
