The Only Private Bidding System a Stubborn Landscaper Can Actually Stand On with Hi-Res Imaging

I’ve been in this game a long time, and I’m stubborn for a reason. I don’t trust software companies that want to "hoard" my data or keep the Hi-Res images of my customers homes for eternity, and I don't trust estimates that are just shots in the dark. Landscapers are a stubborn bunch for a reason—we know what works and we don't like wasting time.

Most platforms want to keep your property photos and your pricing secrets to build their own databases. I built ProfitZapp to do the opposite. I built Structural Intel specifically for those of us who need a private bidding system that actually holds up. No more jumping through hoops or worrying about your data being mishandled

High-Res Accuracy, Zero Data Hoarding

Here is how my "stand on it" system works for every bid:

  • The Image: We pull a high-res satellite image of the property so the measurements are dead-on.

  • The AI Math: No Guessing, Just Math

Our AI doesn't just pull numbers out of thin air; it calculates your estimate based on the actual ground truth of the property. For example, if the AI measures a mulch bed at exactly 600 sq. ft. and you’re charging $1 per sq. ft. installed, that’s exactly what appears on the estimate.

You aren't just handing over a generic carbon-copy invoice with a total price scribbled at the bottom. You’re providing a professional, itemized breakdown—complete with the high-res image and the logic behind the numbers. It’s a rock-solid record for you and a clear, honest bid for your customer. No one else gets to see that data—not your competitors, and certainly not us.

  • The "Scorched Earth" Policy: As soon as we print that high-res image and the AI math onto a PDF for your records, the image is deleted from our servers. ### Why I Delete Your Data I’m a contractor, not a data broker. If the image is gone, it can't be hacked, leaked, or sold. You get a professional PDF to hand to your client—a "receipt" of your logic—and I get the peace of mind knowing I’m not sitting on your private business.
