PART I — WHAT WE PROMISE YOU

Let me be straight with you. Here is what this system does, what it doesn’t do, and where the line is. No fine print tricks. No buried gotchas. Just the truth.

 

1.  We Have Zero Access to Your Data — None, Ever

Once your Sovereign Guard unit is installed on your premises, we are completely and permanently cut off from it. We cannot log in remotely. We cannot see your files. We cannot reach your network. That connection doesn’t exist.

This means that if a lawyer sends us a subpoena, we hand them nothing — because we hold nothing. If our own servers were breached tomorrow, your data would not be in them. A court order demanding your customer information cannot be fulfilled by us, because we are not the custodian. You are.

Your data lives inside your four walls. That is a technical fact, not a marketing promise.

 

2.  We Guarantee the PII Types We Know About

Our patent-pending engine (filed February 11, 2026) is built to find and eliminate Personally Identifiable Information before it leaves your building. That includes names, ID numbers, GPS coordinates, financial account data, health identifiers, and all other standard PII formats in JSON, PDF, Microsoft Office files, CSV records, and traffic crossing your ISP threshold.

Here is the honest part: we guarantee the PII types that are loaded into your system at the time of your installation. We have tested this across 1,500,000 consecutive records (V1.0) and 500,000-record stress tests (V2.0) with verified results.

What we cannot promise is coverage of brand-new PII definitions that do not exist yet. Regulations change. New data types emerge. If the rules change and you want your filter library updated to match, we can do that — that is a paid update, and we will be upfront about the cost.

If we discover a gap in the current filter library, we will target remediation within 96 hours of identifying it.

 

3.  Your Reconstruction Keys Are Yours Alone

The keys that can reassemble any redacted data live on your hardware, in your building, and only there. We do not hold them. No cloud provider holds them. No government agency holds them. You are the sole custodian of your customers’ identity.

If someone wants to reconstruct your data, they have to come to you. That’s the way it should be.

 

PART II — THE HONEST LIMITATIONS

This section is where I tell you what we are not responsible for. I am not going to hide this in small print. Read it. It matters.

 

2.1  What We Are, and What We Are Not

We are a redaction and data minimization service. We are not a cybersecurity firm. Using this software does not make us your security provider. Our job is to strip PII before it leaves your building. What happens to data on third-party platforms — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Dropbox, and others — after it has been redacted and transmitted is outside our scope and outside our liability.

 

2.2  You Can Undo Our Work — So Can Your Staff

The system works when it is used correctly. If your staff manually enters PII directly into a cloud field, bypassing the Sovereign Shield, we cannot catch that. If someone routes data around the choke points, we are not in that pathway.

This guarantee is contingent on you maintaining the Hardened Perimeter configuration as described in the Installation Manual and your Master Service Agreement. That means:

• All choke point filters remain active and operational.

• Staff are not manually entering PII into unsanitized cloud fields.

• You notify us if you add new software, integrations, or data flows that may introduce new PII pathways.

• You complete all scheduled bi-annual endpoint reassessments.

If any of these conditions are not met, the guarantee does not apply to the affected data pathway.

 

2.3  Our Liability Is Limited to the Hardware

If something goes wrong within the scope of what we control, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the Sovereign Shield Redactor V 1.0  Appliance unit under the terms of your 24-month lease agreement. We are not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.

We are not a large corporation with a legal team on retainer. We will deal with you honestly and directly. In return, we ask that you deal with us the same way.

 

2.4  This Website Version Is Not a Contract

What you are reading right now is a representative sample. It describes how our guarantee works and what it covers. It is not a binding legal agreement.

The actual guarantee becomes binding only when both parties have signed a Master Service Agreement. The specific terms of your guarantee — including performance benchmarks and any variations based on your hardware or software stack — will be documented in that agreement.

 

2.5  Governing Law

This guarantee is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Olmsted County, Minnesota. If any part of this document is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

 

2.6  Patent Pending Notice

The Sovereign Shield redaction technology, tokenization methodology, choke point deployment architecture, and dead man’s switch design are the subject of patent applications filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, patent pending as of February 11, 2026. Unauthorized replication or reverse engineering without a valid Master Service Agreement is prohibited.

 

PART III — CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, you confirm that you have read and understood this entire document — both the commitments in Part I and the limitations in Part II. You acknowledge that Structuralintel.org Inc. is engaged as a PII redaction and data minimization service, not a cybersecurity firm, and that this guarantee operates within the technical and operational parameters described above.

This document is binding only when read alongside your executed Master Service Agreement, Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, and Physical Audit Service Agreement.
